Terms & Conditions

When you use our site or place an order with Ram Creative, you agree to the following terms.

Orders:

• All custom orders require full payment before we begin production.

• Once your artwork is approved, changes can’t be made.

• You’re responsible for ensuring that any designs you upload are yours to use. (Please don’t send us copyrighted stuff you don’t own.)

Our Artwork:

If we design something for you, we retain rights to that artwork unless we’ve agreed otherwise in writing.

​

Production & Turnaround:

Turnaround starts after we’ve received all final approvals and payment. We’ll provide an estimated delivery date, but can’t control shipping carrier delays or other outside factors.

Refund & Return Policy

Because every item we print is custom made just for you, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Sizing issues

• Design changes after approval

• Changes of mind

​

What We DO cover:

If there’s a misprint or defect, or if you received the wrong items, let us know within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll make it right with a reprint or refund.
